Through a collaboration of community groups and organizations, including the Community Action Partnership, Caresource, Montgomery County, ADAMHS, Lexis Nexis, Greene County Recorder Eric Sears, Montgomery County Auditor Karl Keith, the Ohio BMV, Montgomery County Recorder Brandon McClain, Montgomery County Clerk of Courts Mike Foley, The Greater Dayton Volunteer Lawyers Project, Advocates for Basic Legal Equity, Inc., Legal Aid of Western Ohio, Inc., Sinclair Community College, The Greater Dayton RTA, and the Ohio Department of Job and Family Services, residents impacted by the tornados that passed through our area on May 27 who have lost important documents can receive a waiver on all application fees for the following documents:

  • Driver’s License
  • Auto Title
  • Divorce Decree
  • Court ordered Name Change Document
  • Deeds
  • Marriage License
  • Social Security Card
  • Passport
  • Guardianship

Residents will also receive information on post-tornado issues and gain a better understanding of:

  •  FEMA assistance programs
  •  Nutritional programs and benefits such as emergency food stamps
  •  Landlord/tenant issues
  •  Insurance claim issues
  •  Homeowner mortgage payment options after a disaster
  •  Consumer fraud scams
  •  Tax relief options
  •  So much more

Residents will also have access to:

  •  Clothes
  •  Diapers/Wipes
  •  Food
  •  Household Items
  •  Cleaning Supplies
  •  Hygiene Products
  •  Toiletries
  •  Toys/Games

This event also features:

  • Free movie for children
  • Free parking will be available in the Building 12 garage
  • Free transportation to and from the event, during clinic hours, courtesy of RTA
