Trotwood Disaster Recovery Center to close

The FEMA Disaster Recovery Center will close at Trotwood-Madison High School will close at the end of its regular business day on Thursday, Aug. 8.

All FEMA staff at the Trotwood location will consolidate to the Dayton Disaster Recovery Center at the Child Health Pavilion in Dayton Children's Hospital, 1010 Valley St., Dayton, 45404

That location will be open from 8:30 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday through Saturday (closed on Sunday).

The Trotwood Disaster Recovery Center will remain open from 8:30 a.m. to 7 p.m. from Monday, Aug. 5 through Thursday, Aug. 8. 

Although the Trotwood location will be closing, FEMA assistance is still available. Disaster survivors should register before visiting the Disaster Recovery Center. 

The last day to register is Aug. 19.
