The Montgomery County Engineer’s Office will present its Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) Public Road Right of Way Transition Plan for public comment and review. A final public information meeting on the proposed plan will be held Jan. 27, 2022 at 10 a.m. on the 9th floor of the County Administration Building.
Please note that this plan applies to roads under the care and control of the Board of County Commissioners and the Montgomery County Engineer. It does not apply to streets within cities or most roads within townships. Residents can attend in person or remotely.
